Murder Mystery Writing Class Saturday October 25, 2025 8:00am-12pm (PDT)
Learn how a writer created murder mystery stories for a book. Topics include: keeping suspense, developing characters, and working the story. In this presentation, you will begin with the initial crime, the evidence, the witnesses, the victim, and support staff as well as the suspect. Develop the motive. How to use interview and interrogation. Finally, learn about murder mystery parties.
Prerequisite: Must be at least 18 years of age to attend.
Ivan E Weich is a licensed private investigator with substantial experience in civil and criminal invwestigations including: public benefits fraud, employment actions, harassment and discrimination. Ivan has also worked for a large police agency in Southern California where he was a detective’s aide with experience in: narcotics, vice, homicide and robbery investigations. Ivan has also published a fictional murder mystery and has produced murder mystery dinner parties.
